Attended Shannon's 21st birthday at Aranda Country Club after work last Saturday. I felt so bad because I could not stay overnight to help her with the decoration of the venue. And also, I caught a bad infection recently. Still in a mid of recovering process. Anyway, I met up with my girls today for lunch as Shini is heading to Perth to further her studies. Oh man, I'm so gonna miss her. ):

After lunch, I headed to Tangs Vivo to buy the Nixon watch that I wanted. But guess what? It was sold out and I didn know that they only have one stock for each watch. Damn, I was so infuriated. I should have reserve it. The Tangs sales associate told me that I need to wait till 3-6 months before they order a new batch but that depends on the supplier also. Argh. I really love that watch so much. ): Such a wasted trip only to know that someone else was slightly faster than me. Daddy Yeo knew I was upset so he accompanied me to hunt for my Nixon watch. Sadly, the store in ION and Tangs Orchard also don't have the watch I wanted. In the very end, we went to the Michael Kors store and gotten a watch that I like. So basically, its an early birthday gift from my Dad and Brother. :D 

Rose Gold Chain with Red dial

This was the watch I was contemplating to get in my previous post because it is way too pricey and the chain was in gold colour which does not really suits me well. Luckily, I found it in rose gold with the similar red dial which totally suits my skin tone like what the MK sales associate recommended. Not to mention, his service is excellent. But I forget to ask for his name as I was way too happy with my buy! /: I remembered his face, because he is always the one attending to my enquiries whenever I head to the MK store at Scotts Road.

Tanjong Beach Club; Hauls

So yesterday was my first Saturday shift with my awesome colleagues! To think about it, I actually kinda of like my department. ;D After work, I headed home to change and head to Tanjong Beach Club to attend my brother's army event. Felt a little awkward when my brother introduced me to his officers and friends. Went to Vivocity and Claire was such a sweetie to keep me company for dinner and shopping!

Copped some accessories at Lovisa because it was on sale! I fell in love with the Arabic looking headband. Best part of all, it only cost $5. ;D 

5 for $10

Totally in luck when I headed to Topshop makeup section. Everything was 5 for $10. So how can I not buy it since I always wanted to try it? Got a brow palette (fetch), illuminator (ember), bronzer (sandcastle) and lipsticks (alibi) (armour). Not much variety left because almost everything is sold out.

Saw this Nixon watch at Tangs Vivo and I was contemplating whether I should get this as my 21st birthday gift for myself. Because I was trying on another watch with the similar design from Michael Kors and the colour looks quite unique yet antique.

Met up with Claire last Saturday. Felt bad because I kept postponing our date due to me who fell ill last week. ): Went on a shopping spree to cheer myself up a little. We were having our usual beer session at Chupitos. Had a good sleep at Gramps' place and mugged the whole of Sunday. I was on course with Sukma today. After work, we headed to Eastpoint and there was book sales going on. Sukma was being such a sweetie to pay for my books too. Cant wait to read them!! ;D

Crystal's 21st birthday!

Happy 21st Crystal! :D 

Had a long weekend today due to Vesak day. So last Friday after work, I rushed home to prepare for Crystal's 21st cocktail party. Man, I looked so tired and sleepy. Everyone was playing drinking game while I went upstairs to zonk out first because I was having a bad sore throat. The next day, we were chilling at Crystal's place and we were like having endless conversations such as nightmares and lucid dreams. We do talked about random topics. Hahaha. Went home to shower and headed out to town to find for Rachel's Dr Martens boots. Seems like most of the shops does not sell the boots she wanted in her size. So we decided to head to Fiv Tapas bar for happy hours. Anyway, it's been long since we had a night out by ourselves without em guys. The night was cray but I woke up losing my voice on Sunday. Cant imagine how am I gonna talk to my patients and colleagues tomorrow? /:

I dont get it. Why? Am I boring or are you bored of me? I sacrificed my sleep for you just to wait for your text. Despite I'm busy with work, I do make time for you. Our time difference is madness. I hate it because it's killing me that I dont get to chat with you that often. I even planned to travel to visit you in Seattle. Unless what you are telling me beforehand was all full of lies? I felt like a fool. Countless times I felt like giving up, but I persevered on because people tell me that "love has no boundaries". I thought you were someone special. But I guess I made the judgement way too fast. ):

Finally, this is the day I have been waiting for! Jasmine have officially graduated from NP. Oh my god! These 3 years have been tough. Wouldn get by without my lovely girls and LTB. I'm so touched to know that Cheryl, Crystal and Alvin sat in during my graduation. If not, my 2 graduation tickets would go to waste since my parents are unable to make it. Felt good to hear people screamed for you when you are on stage. Hahah. Reality checked, I'm back to work today and I went to my department for the first time. Everyone was friendly and nice to me. It might not be the department that I want to work in the long run. But I would do my utmost best in this 1 year. Who knows my perspective might change when it's time to get down to real business? I cant wait for my probation to be over and get to assist the reg/consultant during procedure. :D Also, I saw my fave doctor at my workplace today and he talked to me. *screams*

Focus

Finally I'm done with my presentation today. Enough of being angst last week. It sucks so bad because I had minor wisdom tooth infection last Wednesday and tightening of my braces appointment at the same time. Haven been sleeping well last week because I have been staying up late trying to collate and doing slides for my group members despite I was sick. At least two locals were sweet enough to text me whether I need help for the presentation. It was indeed a crazy week. I managed to vent out all my frustration last Saturday night. Thanks to my homegirl for being there to be my listening ear. Spent the whole night at the Chupitos bar drinking. Head over to Bang Bang for after party with my girl. I ended up falling on the floor when I was about to leave home. I sustained a big bruise over my left foot. Luckily it doesnt hurt that bad now when I walk. I cant wait for my graduation ceremony tomorrow! :D
