Crystal's 21st birthday!

Happy 21st Crystal! :D 

Had a long weekend today due to Vesak day. So last Friday after work, I rushed home to prepare for Crystal's 21st cocktail party. Man, I looked so tired and sleepy. Everyone was playing drinking game while I went upstairs to zonk out first because I was having a bad sore throat. The next day, we were chilling at Crystal's place and we were like having endless conversations such as nightmares and lucid dreams. We do talked about random topics. Hahaha. Went home to shower and headed out to town to find for Rachel's Dr Martens boots. Seems like most of the shops does not sell the boots she wanted in her size. So we decided to head to Fiv Tapas bar for happy hours. Anyway, it's been long since we had a night out by ourselves without em guys. The night was cray but I woke up losing my voice on Sunday. Cant imagine how am I gonna talk to my patients and colleagues tomorrow? /:

I hate it because it's killing me that I dont get to chat with you that often. I even planned to travel to visit you in Seattle. Unless what you are telling me beforehand was all full of lies? I felt like a fool. Countless times I felt like giving up, but I persevered on because people tell me that "love has no boundaries". I thought you were someone special. But I guess I made the judgement way too fast. ):

Finally, this is the day I have been waiting for! Jasmine have officially graduated from NP. Oh my god! These 3 years have been tough. Wouldn get by without my lovely girls and LTB. I'm so touched to know that Cheryl, Crystal and Alvin sat in during my graduation. If not, my 2 graduation tickets would go to waste since my parents are unable to make it. Felt good to hear people screamed for you when you are on stage. Hahah. Reality checked, I'm back to work today and I went to my department for the first time. Everyone was friendly and nice to me. It might not be the department that I want to work in the long run. But I would do my utmost best in this 1 year. Who knows my perspective might change when it's time to get down to real business? I cant wait for my probation to be over and get to assist the reg/consultant during procedure. :D Also, I saw my fave doctor at my workplace today and he talked to me. *screams*

Focus

Finally I'm done with my presentation today. Enough of being angst last week. It sucks so bad because I had minor wisdom tooth infection last Wednesday and tightening of my braces appointment at the same time. Haven been sleeping well last week because I have been staying up late trying to collate and doing slides for my group members despite I was sick. At least two locals were sweet enough to text me whether I need help for the presentation. It was indeed a crazy week. I managed to vent out all my frustration last Saturday night. Thanks to my homegirl for being there to be my listening ear. Spent the whole night at the Chupitos bar drinking. Head over to Bang Bang for after party with my girl. I ended up falling on the floor when I was about to leave home. I sustained a big bruise over my left foot. Luckily it doesnt hurt that bad now when I walk. I cant wait for my graduation ceremony tomorrow! :D

Felt like I have neglected my blog for a little while aint it? Anyway, I have started work at CGH since this Monday. Basically we have to go through an orientation for a month. I'm so excited yet nervous because 2 months ago I was wearing a student nurse uniform and right now, I'm SN Jasmine donning on CGH uniform. Also, among the sea of nurses, I'm the only one posted to endoscopy dept. It's gonna be a little different from the ward. But I'm sure there must be a reason why the AD allocated me to the dept to work! So like the seniors always said: "Come to work with a positive mindset and be pro-active." Being in a grown up world is so weird. I felt this sudden responsibility in me towards work, family and what not. Recently, I'm having a bad PMS and I felt bad to Max because it seems that I'm always harsh to him. ): I guess he seen different sides of me already. And I really really do appreciate him for still being sweet to me and sending me selfies at unexpected moment to update me what is happening in his life. Seeing his text makes my heart tingles. He just makes me adore him even more each day. :D

I was bored thus I was browsing through some old pictures in my thumbdrive and there was this album which stored all of his photos. I would name him Mr K. We started talking because he started sending me a selfie on instagram calling me his social media bff for I'm always the first person to like his picture. Then and there we started chatting on Whatsapp. I would say we are able to hit off well because both of us are in the medical field. When I was having my internship, he was practically there for me 24/7 despite he is not physically with me. Months later, I realised he was already engaged. Obviously one shouldn be texting to a guy who is already engaged aint it? And right now, there comes Mr M. To think about it, they are pretty similar but yet different. I just realised that both of them have the same height, blonde hair and beautiful grey eyes. Chatting with Mr M. reminds me of Mr K. somehow. I'm wondering is it a Scandinavian thing? Hahaha. Both of them had the same taste in music. Oh, maybe one thing different is that Mr M. doesn't really send selfie while I do get constant selfie and beautiful scenery of Denmark from Mr K. Someone once told me that if I love somebody, I should keep the faith and believe that love has no boundaries. With 12 hours time difference, it's not gonna to be easy.. /:

Celebrated Rachel's birthday last Sunday at hyung's condo. We literally BBQ in the dark because the lamp post was not on. Hahaha. Pathetic shit. After filling our tummy with all the yumsie BBQ food, we went to marina barrage to chill and played Charades. It was hella fun! :D

Graduation trip to Bangkok with my homies!

Hey all! Sorry for not updating my blog recently. I went for my graduation trip to Bangkok with Ting and Hyung on the 1st to 5th April 2015. I didn really take much pictures because we were busy shopping, eating and doing our hair in the salon. I dyed my hair blonde in Siam Center for 5000 baht which is equivalent to SGD217. ): It's so freaking expensive but I always wanted to see how I will look like when I have blonde hair. Not sure if I'm regretting this, but heck that. YOLO. Met up with Ting's friend and she brought us to Asiatique and Demo (club). I had a pretty good time in Bangkok just that the trip was too short.. ): Perhaps, we should go for Round 2 soon? :D
