Alexander Wang Prisma large tote review

Not long ago, I traded my 3.1 Phillip Lim pashli bag for an Alexander Wang Prisma large tote on Reebonz. The reason why I traded my pashli bag for a large tote was because I rarely carry the pashli bag to work/university. Not only that, the colour of the pashli bag is in bright orange. I find that it is difficult to match with my clothes. Whereas this A.wang tote bag looks stylish and edgy, it will be easier to match with my everyday outfit. 

The bag itself is heavy due to the 4 silver tone hardware at each corner of the bag. As you can tell in the second picture, I can placed my A4 size documents in my bag when I placed it horizontally. In the middle of the bag, there is a zip compartment which I can store my valuables in it. The material of the bag is bovine leather which makes the exterior of the bag feels extremely soft. The inner lining of the bag is made of fabric which I don't fancy in case it gets wet. 

The straps of the bag seem so thin. I hope it does not spoil so easily as I carry tons of stuffs in my bag daily.  /: Also, this bag matches with my wallet as it is the same Prisma collection.

Celine nano luggage tricolour

Hey yall! How is the Chinese New Year celebration coming along? I hope you guys had a wonderful time with your family! Today, I'm gonna share with you another bag that I have wanted for ages and that's a Celine nano luggage. I got it as an early birthday gift for myself. I can't help it when the bag I wanted it's on sale. :p

Bullhide calfskin leather

This bag is pretty lightweight as compared to my Alexander Wang mini rockie. The size of this nano is 8"(H) x 8"(W) x 4"(D). The reason why I chose bullhide calfskin leather because it requires low maintenance. It is extremely durable and it won't scratch so easily. The flap on the side of the bag is made of suede and it's in Magenta colour.

Things in my bag.

This bag can store my long Alexander Wang wallet and big marble pouch. However, the cons of this bag are that the strap is not adjustable and the small pocket in the front is a little redundant because you barely can store anything in it. 

My height is 163cm and the bag is hanging just nice below my waist. The price of the bag is pretty steep and I would not buy it if it did not go on sale. But nevertheless, I'm in love with it. :D

What's in my backpack? (University Edition)

Today I'm going to blog about the backpack that I carry to University. It's an Adidas Originals Retro Backpack in Black. I bought it from 'The Outnet'. I got it at a pretty good deal. So I bought one for my babe to couple up with him.

It is made up of 100% Polyurethane. Which is good because when it rains, my bag would be water resistant. The dimension of the bag is H: 17 inches by W: 11.5 inches. It has a laptop compartment which you can store your lappy. It is padded on the sleeve and the back so that it provides comfort when you carry tons of stuff in it.

Adidas Backpack VS Adidas mini backpack

I would only use the bigger backpack when I'm travelling or going to University. If not, I would usually switch out to the mini backpack. I was on the hunt for it for ages. Thankfully my aunt's friend got it for me from UK. Ain't it adorable?

Watsons Haul!

Went on a shopping spree at Watsons after my medicine course. I love the voice of the Principal Pharmacist when he gave his presentation. The way how he pronounced and explained about the medicine makes me in awe. Lucky me that the items I got were mostly on sale. Especially the eye masks and interdental brushes. I immediately copped the last few remaining on the shelf.

Hauls; Staycation

With Clique at Alta Ego

So I had a long weekend last week due to Hari Raya public holiday. We had a staycation at Hyung's place after a night out to Alta Ego and Zouk. After everyone showered, we watched Insidious movie and I find it was hilarious because we were all drunk. Apparently, I dozed off at the very beginning of the show. Woke up super early the next morning because I had a bad leg cramp. I ended up waking everyone up and they were damn pissed with me because they wanted to sleep in a little more. Hahaha. Evil me still intoxicated with alcohol till the next morning. We made a hearty breakfast and it reminded me of our times back in Gold Coast. Spent the whole noon lazing on the bed watching horror movies. In the evening, we went to Golden Mile to have Thai food. Which after Rachel and I headed for round 2 of party.

125ml - SGD155 at Sephora

So last Friday, I went on a shopping spree with Aishah. She bought me dinner as an early birthday celebration. Bought some new lingerie for myself since it was on sale. I'm just wondering if any ladies out there feel the same as me whereby you buy new lingerie and wear it and instantly your mood got lifted up? Headed to Sephora and I decided to get a new perfume for myself as a birthday gift since my Chanel perfume has finished. I was thinking to get it during my birthday, so I can earn 2x points since my birthday it's in August. But apparently, the 2x points only can earn during the actual date of our birth date not the month. Since I was not in a hurry to get it, I planned to get it in August instead. After we left the store, I did not expect the sales associate to ran after me. She said her boss allowed me to get the 2x points if I'm interested to get the perfume. After all, there was a free Sephora bagpack with a minimum spend of SGD120. Since their customer service is so good, how can I not buy from them? So yayy to me, despite its not my birthday! ;D

NR workshop

Luckily Rajes called me this morning, if not I would continue sleeping and miss my NR workshop. I'm so tired that the moment I reached home, I slept from 5-9pm plus. That is freaking long for a 30 mins nap I initiated. Anyway, I met up with Bryan and Ting after school yesterday. Headed to town and I bought many stuffs. Oh yeah to my pay rolling in to my bank account!

At Johor Bahru, the first stop that my family will head to is City Square Mall. You can find shops such as Mango/Espirit/Cotton On/Crossover (Dr. Martens/Obey/HUF/New balance..). It's cheap when you buy during the sales season. However, some of the items are more expensive compared to SG. So do remember to do your conversion before buying. Next mall, I will head to is KSL. The clothes selling over there are super cheap and reminds me of Bugis Street style. I would say I'm pretty lucky to find clothes that is my style at an affordable rate!
