Alexander Wang Prisma Bag 

Hello everyone! I wasn't sure what I should blog about today thus I decided to share with you ladies my August hauls instead. Since August is my birthday month, I've decided to splurge a little and get myself a new Alexander Wang prisma bag. I'm in love with this bag because there are 4 compartments to place my everyday stuffs in it. It can fit a small umbrella or a waterbottle in the middle compartment which is a bonus. Also, this bag matches with my Alexander Wang wallet because it belongs to the same prisma collection. I love the croc embossed design on the flap as it makes the bag look more classy and edgy. I spotted this bag on a fashion blogger instagram named Lian Galliard. I was on the hunt for it for ages and I've managed to cop it on Yoox website. There are many prisma bag in different sizes, luckily I copped the bigger size instead of the regular size.

Delsey Luggage exclusive to Macys

My second happy purchase for the month of August is a new Delsey luggage exclusive from Macys. The colour of this luggage is Black cherry. There is a story behind getting this new luggage for myself. On the last day of my trip from Thailand, my cousin picked us up from the hotel to send my family to the airport. As there wasn't enough space in the boot, he tied our luggage on the top of his car. However, due to the hotel carpark ceiling was low, it hit the water pipes thus my luggage was badly dented at the bottom. I only noticed how badly dented my luggage was during the check in of our flight, but I thought I could fix it with heat when I come back to SG. When I looked at the front view of my luggage, there was a big crack on the surface and small holes on some part of the luggage. I was worried that my items in the luggage would come off considering how bad the condition of my luggage was. I was so furious and upset on the trip back because it was my fave 29 inch marble luggage from Typo. I was browsing through Macys and I decided to get a 29 inch Delsey luggage because my dad owned one of the luggage for ages and I've read good reviews about it. I cant wait to use it on my next overseas trip!

Since it was my birthday month, I've also splurged at Sephora. I decided to try out their Clinique moisturizer and toner because Tivya was raving about how good it was. I love how it makes my skin feels. Not only that, I gotten a free cosmetic pouch, 100mls Clinique cleanser and few samples of bubble mask and moisturizer. I've also stock up on sephora makeup remover, IT cosmetic mascara, sephora eyeliner and a tarte eyelash curler. That very day I spent about SGD190+ but I gotten so many free samples too. I told my babe about it and he was like dang, I didn know girls would spend so much on makeup and skincare. Hahaha. Time to save money as I spent so much during August. :p

Alexander Wang Prisma large tote review

Not long ago, I traded my 3.1 Phillip Lim pashli bag for an Alexander Wang Prisma large tote on Reebonz. The reason why I traded my pashli bag for a large tote was because I rarely carry the pashli bag to work/university. Not only that, the colour of the pashli bag is in bright orange. I find that it is difficult to match with my clothes. Whereas this A.wang tote bag looks stylish and edgy, it will be easier to match with my everyday outfit. 

The bag itself is heavy due to the 4 silver tone hardware at each corner of the bag. As you can tell in the second picture, I can placed my A4 size documents in my bag when I placed it horizontally. In the middle of the bag, there is a zip compartment which I can store my valuables in it. The material of the bag is bovine leather which makes the exterior of the bag feels extremely soft. The inner lining of the bag is made of fabric which I don't fancy in case it gets wet. 

The straps of the bag seem so thin. I hope it does not spoil so easily as I carry tons of stuffs in my bag daily.  /: Also, this bag matches with my wallet as it is the same Prisma collection.

New Year 2018

Hello yall! How time flies and its year 2018 now! Its been long since I've blogged and we left with 3 more days to the end of January. I was spending my new year holidays with my mum's family in Thailand. Damn man, it was freaking cold in Khon Kaen as the temperature was 16 degrees. I stayed in BKK for 3 nights and it was freaking warm as I brought only my thicker clothes. What a change in the weather forecast. LOL.

New Wallet from A.Wang Emquartier Mall. 

I didn't really shop much this time round in Thailand. Except that I splurged my money at Zara and Alexander Wang shop. Yayy to copping the wallet as it was the last piece. I had a great time catching up with my maternal family. A good news for me is that I'm no longer a brace face. Wearing braces is such a torture. The maintenance is also a chore. Oh well, as the saying goes no pain no gain. I can't wait for university classes to commence again. I miss my university friends. My baby birthday is next month and I bought him a Prada wallet. Surprise surprise! Hehehe. ;p

Alexander Wang Rocco VS Alexander Wang Mini Rockie

Today I'm going to blog about my favorite bag brand which is Alexander Wang. I own both the rocco and the mini rockie. I'm going to make a comparison between these two. In case you guys might wanna purchase it?

ALEXANDER WANG ROCCO 

90 pale gold studs

I purchased this bag online from Reebonz website a year ago. The colour of the bag is blush. It has 90 gold studs below the bag. Its quite heavy, weighing about 1.7kg. You can store alot of stuffs in it, however be mindful that carrying this bag for too long may cause backache. The reason why I chose this colour is because it is easy to match with my outfits especially if you have a wardrobe full of dark colour clothing. The material of the bag is lambskin. I prefer the pebbled look as compared to the smooth skin texture as it looks more aesthetically pleasing to me. When I wear denim jeans, it caused a little colour transferred on my bag. So if the colour transfer bothers you, opt for a black colour rocco.

Rocco VS Mini Rockie 

I purchased this mini rockie a month ago from The Outnet website. It fits my long wallet perfectly well. However, I do have difficulty taking it out sometimes when I'm in a rush. The zip is really stiff, so I don't close my bag entirely. It weighs about 0.94kg and it has 33 brass studs. So far I'm using it as my everyday bag as it looks edgy and less heavy as compared to my rocco. I hope this bag review would aid in your purchase of the A.W bag! :D

I hope I'm not too late to jump on this bandwagon. But your homegirl finally gotten her hands on her first A.Wang rocco. I was watching Claire Marshall "what's in my bag tag?" 3 years back then and I told myself that I need to get this bag! Reebonz was having their 7 sales anniversary and I decided to snapped up this bag in blush colour at a half price of only SGD675. I always wanted the classic black rocco with rose gold studs but I'm guessing that is so common everywhere. So I trusted my instinct and decided to get this blush colour instead. The pale gold studs really compliments well with the nudish pink colour of the bag. I'm so gonna carry this bag more frequently. The down side of the bag is that it is quite heavy due to the 90 studs. It weighs about 1.7kg? Especially for someone like me who loves to carry so many things in my bag, I'm bound to get a shoulder ache real soon. Furthermore with frequent usage of the bag, it's gonna wear and tear for sure. Whatever it is, I love how edgy and chic this bag is! ;D
